Acia doesnt help you lose weight…i Ate ALOT ALOT ALOT of it in Brazil…and all the brazilians would look at me and say….whoa….if you eat so much of that you will really gain weight…it gives you energy because it is high calorie….My capoeira taechure said when she eats acia it means she has to do 2 hrs of capoeira to burn the calories….

there was a time …
there was a time that i was obsessed with acai :p but man i couldnt afford to keep buying those drinks.. and many times i felt guilty to have them due to the high amounts of sugar or other stuff like preservatives.. i think is better if you prepare them youself
but yeah it has a lot of advantages for sure, it also helps with pre-mature aging, healthier hair, anti-inflammatory, etc.
