Thanks for the response…as having any drug interactions with the herb, I know 100% that there is none because I grow them myself, They are far from ready to be harvested but I just wanted to make sure…still learning about them

As far as any links Just what I have come across on google and Dr. Brown;s web page from the book (I am sure he wouldn’t mind you contacting him, he has a whole practice in the Catskills where he “prescribes” Rhodiola to patients as well as other alternative medicines.

I am 27 and do not …
I am 27 and do not have any major health issues, so I am not too cautious with taking the herb and it has really helped with anxiety, depression, energy level, and stressful situations (what I was hoping it would help with).

I would think if …
I would think if you had any heart issues and were taking medication for that you’d might want to dig real deep as far as if there are any drug interactions with the herb (I haven;t come across any yet, everything that I read says there are no side effects). Perhaps ask your doctor (although they most likely will have never heard of it).

ive been taking …
ive been taking Rhodiola 2-3 times a day (an extract 30-40 drops) and I read the revolution book. I have not experienced any side effects and have experienced many of the benefits, all I can say is give it a try but do your research there are some precautions to consider if you have certain health issues.

Wow - I had no idea …
Wow - I had no idea Rhodiola had all those benefits! Here I am drinking cup after cup of coffee to get going - looks like I need to try Rhodiola.
