Your wrong bozo; the FDA can ONLY go after the specific individuals making health claims.
That’s like you saying Heinz Ketchup cured this or that; would they shut down heinz? NO! They’d go after the specific individual that was making the claims; NOT the Company!

Your right on the approval by the FDA, but when you violate FDA standards on claiming it cures health problems like so many blogs and websites do and meetings, then Monavie can be considered a drug. Google FDA and Monavie together and read the PDF warning issued for making health claims. FDA will step in like they did to Dallin Larsen previous company called Dynamic Essentials that marketed a juice called Royal Tongan Limu Juice. which was shut down by the FDA. Ouch……..

Wonderful product! Oh and by the way, for the negative comment, a fruit juice doesn’t need approval by the FDA…funny that the FDA approved aspertame, google that! Thank-you MonaVie for improving my life!

Nothing good can …
Nothing good can come from this company. Excessively too many problems. Not a good company to represent! FDA has opened several investigations on health claims and issues with the juice.
